Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the respondent No. 3 - Chief Conservator of Forest, Durg on 28.12.2016 for redressal of his grievances which has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Chief Conservator of Forest, Durg is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievances expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
