Agrawal Order on Board /0 5 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 363/2015 registered at Police Station Balco Nagar, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 30.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1656/2016. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
