Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application and prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months. He submits that liberty may be reserved with the applicant to renew his bail application in case the trial is not concluded within aforesaid period. 2.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the applicant shall be at liberty to file his bail application before this Court.
