1. Heard.

2. The challenge is to order dated 18.02.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from P.H.E. Division, Rajnandgoan to P.H.E. Division, Bemetara.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only left with 2 years of service and the fag end with transfer to Bemetara there would be difficulty in the preparation of the pension papers of the petitioner. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner since is ailing with cardiac problem and is being treated at Nagpur which is near to Rajnandgaon and with transfer to Bemetara it will cause problem in his treatment. Therefore, he prays that his transfer may be cancelled.

4. Learned State counsel opposes the argument.

5. Perused the documents, considering the submission made by the petitioner the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 3 weeks from today and that may be decided by the Grievance Redressal Committee sympathetically.
