1. Heard.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the Corporation, would inform that if the petitioner submits documents of his ownership before the Corporation, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
3. Let the petitioner submit required documents of ownership before the Municipal Corporation within a period of 15 days from today and thereafter, the Corporation shall demarcate the area in presence of the petitioner and other members of the locality and proceed further in the matter only after supplying copy of the demarcation report to the petitioner.
4. If the petitioner is found to have encroached any Government land on the basis of demarcation report or otherwise and it becomes necessary to remove encroachment of Government land, the Corporation may undertake removal of encroachment after issuing prior notice of atleast one week to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
