Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities for reconsidering his posting to nearby place which is pending consideration since 26.12.2017 but till date no decision has been taken on the same by the Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly
allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order looking to the difficulty faced by her that her husband Shri Anshuman Shrivastava has suffered major Heart surgery. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
