(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal against the impugned order dated 06.02.2016 passed by respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur before respondent No.2 i.e. Director General of Police, Raipur, which is pending consideration till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Raipur is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
