Petitioner NO.1, 2 & 3 are present Directors of ND Trade Link (India) Public Limited Company, registered under the Companies Act, 1956, office at house No.777, Sindhiya Nagar Raipur Naka, District- Durg (C.G.) and petitioner No.4 and 5 are Ex- Directors of the company and they resigned from the post of Directors on 20.08.2012. Since 20.08.2012, petitioner No.1, 2 & 3 are managing business operation of the company.
