(3) This review petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 19.08.2016 passed in Civil Revision No.19/2016. (4) Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

there is apparent legal error on the face of the record in para-7 of the impugned order.

(5) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at some length and after going through the records, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of the record in the order under review.

(6) Consequently, the review petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
