1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite there being a decree by the jurisdictional Civil Court in favour of the petitioner in relation to the subject property, the Municipal Council, Ratanpur, has mutated the name of the respondent No.3 in its records without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
2. Let the petitioner move representation before the Municipal Council, Ratanpur for consideration of the mutation in favour of the respondent No.3 within a period of three weeks from today. The Municipal Council shall, thereafter, consider the representation and provide personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondent No.3 and take final decision in the matter within three months from the date of submission of representation.
