1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was earlier working as Manager in the Bilaspur Branch of Chhatisgarh Rajya Sahakari Upavokta Sangh Maryadit.

On 21.8.2012, he was transferred to Korba, where he joined on 27.8.2012. He was paid salary at Korba till March 2014, however, thereafter, Priyadarshini Suvidha Swa Seva Kendra, Korba, has stopped functioning and the petitioner along with 8 other employees have not been paid salary since then. It is also submitted that the petitioners have never been discharged from service nor any enquiry is pending, therefore, nonpayment of salary is in violation of constitutional right under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

Considering the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, ends of justice would be served, if the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event the petitioner prefers a representation for payment of salary before respondent No.3 i.e. Manager, Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahakari Upavokta Sangh Maryadit, Raipur, within a period of 03 weeks from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of submission of representation.

4. It is ordered accordingly. In the event, the grievance of the petitioner remains unredressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
