1. The present writ petition seems to have been filed assailing the orders dated 25.02.2020 and 30.01.2021 whereby the respondent No.2 has ordered for recovery in respect of some alleged recoveries which were to be made from the Husband of the petitioner who was an employee under the respondent No.2 and who died in harness.
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got compassionate appointment under the respondent No.2 and is an employee of respondent No.2-Cooperative Society and also taking note of the fact that respondent No.2 is an establishment which is governed under the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act and the said act has specific provisions for redressal of disputes between the employees of Society and there are channel of remedies available under the Act, the writ petition at this juncture seeking for invoking writ jurisdiction would not be maintainable.
-23. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner for approaching the concerned authority under Section 55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Subject to petitioner's approaching the concerned authority, the authority concerned are expected to entertain the same in accordance with law at the earliest. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
