1. In WPS No.3042/2015, the petitioners were held to be entitled to Kramonnati for the period 2.11.2011 till 1.5.2013 if they fulfill eligibility criteria as per the norms laid down by the State Government.
2. Complaining about non-compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Petition has been preferred wherein notices were issued.
3. The respondents have filed return along with extract from the service book of the petitioners to prove that benefit of Kramonnati has already been granted to the petitioners for the relevant period. Learned counsel for the respondents would in fact submit that even before filing of the writ petition, such benefit was already granted to the petitioners, which was not disclosed in the writ petition.
4. Considering the statement made in the return, nothing survives for proceeding further in the contempt petition. It is accordingly disposed of.
