1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.33/2018, registered at Police Station Excise Circle, Sarangarh, District Raigarh, for offence punishable under Section 34(1)a, 34(2) and 59(a) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file regular bail application before the jurisdictional Court.

3. No objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
