1. Grievance of the petitioner is that on the allegation of encroachment of bhumi-swami land of the petitioner, the petitioner approached Tahsildar moving an application under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code on 30.6.2015. It is submitted that the application has remained pending without any decision.
2. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made in the petition, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. Let the respondent -Tahsildar conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is
-2made clear that the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 shall be granted proper opportunity of hearing in the proceedings.
