1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for grant of the revised pay scale i.e. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400, in terms of the order of the State Govt. dated 15.05.2018, on completion of 15 years service.

2. According to the petitioner, she has completed 15 years of service and is presently posted under the respondent no.3 and that on completion of 15 years of service she is entitled for the revised pay scale of Rs.

5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400 as has been decided by the State Govt. vide order dated 15.05.2018 and has been granted to other similarly placed persons of other Panchayats.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision on the claim for grant of revised pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400, in terms of the order of the State Govt. dated 15.05.2018 in this regard, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
