Heard This is an application for restoration of W.P.(Cr.) No. 357/2016.

I have gone through the order as also the original record. The case was dismissed for want of prosecution on 22.12.2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of W.P.(Cr.) No. 357/2016, which is duly supported by an affidavit. In view of the same, W.P.(Cr.) No.357/2016 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the application for restoration is allowed.
