Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 1.12.2018 for grant of regular stage carriage permit , which is pending consideration. 3.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time.

Considering that the period of 60 days has already elapsed, it

would be appropriate to direct respondent authority to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
