The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 45/2016 registered in Police Station Jhagrakhand District Korea (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 457, 380, 411, 414, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case on 18/02/2016 the applicant in connivance with her old friend Lalit Choubey has allowed him to take away jewellery which was kept in the house. Along with the jewellery an amount of Rs.9000/- was also stolen. The report was made by Nagendra Bahadur Singh father-in-law of the complainant. Subsequently, on investigation offence was sought to be committed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated, entire allegations are on Lalit Choubey and because of the family dispute applicant has been falsely implicated, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

Taking into fact the entire statement and recovery has been made, considering degree of allegation and the fact that applicant is in jail since 15/03/2016 and applicant is a lady, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
