Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation against the order of suspension dated 3.8.2017 and for revocation of suspension in light of decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India & others1 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordinlgy the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, if petitioner files representation before the competent authority within a period of 15 days from today for redressal of his grievances, it is directed to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 45 days from its receipt. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents/ relevant documents in support of his case. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
