1. It is not in dispute that the issue concerning admissibility of pension to the members of Work Charged and Contingency Paid Establishment has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh &

Others) & other connected matters and thereafter SLP No.11541/2016 preferred by the State of Chhattisgarh which was converted into SLP(C) No.7422-7431/2017 has already been dismissed by the Supreme Court on 3.3.2017.

2. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ Appeal No.281/2013.
