(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a Class-IV employee in the establishment of respondents 3 & 4 from the year 1994 and thus, she has put in more than 20 years of service yet her case for promotion has not been considered. He would also submit that several juniors including one Ms.

Vijay Laxmi Mahilange have been granted promotion, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to make representation. (3) Learned counsel for the State would submit that such juniors who have been promoted ahead of the petitioner, have not been arrayed in this writ petition, however, if representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within the parameters of the relevant Recruitment Rules.

(4) For the foregoing, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondents 3 & 4 within a period of one month and thereafter, the said respondents shall decide the representation within a further period of 4 months.
