1. The only grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that the petitioner has purchased the landed property of Khasra No. 464/1/A/14 admeasuring 0.04/0.016 hectares at Juniyapara Kanker by sale deed dated 07.12.1990 and thereafter the petitioner has filed an application under section 129 of the under the Land Revenue Code on 29.11.2019. However, till date, nothing has transpired. Therefore, the Tahsildar may be directed to conclude the proceedings of demarcation within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited prayer, which is only about the demarcation, it is directed that the Tahsildar i.e., respondent no.4 herein may conclude the proceedings of demarcation within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
