The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2020 passed in WPC No.299 of 2020.

The direction by this court was to the respondents to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the Juvenile Justice Board at Bilaspur.

Perusal of record would show that there was no specific time limit given by this court for compliance of the direction given. Given the said facts that the petitioner has intimated the order of this court to the respondent vide his representation dated 31.01.2020, it is expected that the respondents shall take a decision on the said representation keeping in view the order passed by this court on 23.01.2020 at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
