1. In view of the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by this Court in WPC No.519 of 2017 (Ram Singh Dansena Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others), this petition is also disposed of in the same terms with direction to the petitioners to prefer representation before the District Magistrate seeking compensation for the loss suffered by them on account of installation of high tension transmission tower over their land, within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the District Magistrate is directed to decide the representation, in accordance with law, within next 3 months.
