(1) Counsel for the applicant is heard on restoration petition.

(2) The applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 884 of 2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 19.02.2018. (3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of applicant's counsel on 19.02.2018 when Writ Petition (S) No. 884 of 2010 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.

(4) M.C.C. No. 192/2018, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition (S) No. 884 of 2010 is restored to its original number.
