Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank, by order dated 7.9.2015 has taken a decision to supply some documents to the petitioner but such information has not been supplied. 2.
Learned counsel for the State submits that in fact the said order appellable under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter called 'the Act') before the State Information Commission. 3.
Since the order is appellable before the State Information Commission under Section 19 of the Act, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appellate authority/State Information Commission in accordance with law and in view of this fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. It is further stated that if an appeal is filed, the appellate authority will do well to dispose of the same expeditiously.
