(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.01/2016 registered at Police Station Police Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 456, 376 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (1)(xii) of SCST Prevention of Atrocity Act. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 30.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1696/2016 and second bail application was dismissed
on merits by order of this Court dated 26.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2527/2016.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
