2. The present MCC is filed for modification of the order dated 16.01.2020 passed

in WPS No.69 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in para 2 of the order dated 16.01.2020 passed in WPS No.69 of 2020 it is stated that the claim of the petitioner is based on the fact that the nature of duties discharged by them as Shiksha Karmis, whereas the petitioner was discharging the job of Assistant Teacher and presently working as Headmaster. Therefore, the word "Shiksha Karmis" at para 2 may be replaced with the word "Assistant Teacher". He would further submit that likewise in para 4 in the last line the word "she" may be replaced with "he".

4. Considering the factual aspect, it is observed that in order dated 16.01.2020 passed in WPS No.69 of 2020 at para 2 the word Shiksha Karmis be read as "Assistant Teacher" and in para 4 the word "she" should be read as "he". Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the MCC stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
