By this appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Court Act, appellant has challenged the illegality and propriety of the order dated 17.03.2015 passed by the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, in Civil Suit No. 352-A/2014, whereby the Judge, Family Court has awarded maintenance pendente-lite of Rs.3000/- per month in favour of respondent and against appellant. 2.
Present appeal has been filed after 10 days of its limitation. 3.
Heard on I.A. No.1/2015, for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Considering the nature of order, I.A.No1/2015 is allowed. Delay of 10 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 4.
Also heard on admission.

Considering the award of Rs. 3000/- per month as maintenance pendente-lite under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act to the respondent, whose age is only 22 years and present need of youth woman, we do not find any illegality in the order impugned requiring any interference.

Consequently, the appeal is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself.

Interim application also stands dismissed.

No order as to costs.
