The limited relief that the Petitioner prays for through the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondents to consider the representations which the Petitioner has made so far as the non-releasing of the payment which is due on account of imparting training under the Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna is concerned.

The limited prayer made by the Petitioner is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representations of the Petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this Order by the Petitioner.
