After arguing the matter for some time, Shri Deshmukh seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as provided under the law, for execution of the decree

passed by the trial Court on 08.04.2005 in Civil Suit No.1-A/2004, affirmed further by this Court on 28.02.2019 in First Appeal No. 95/2005. 2.

Permission granted.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
