1. Order was passed by this Court on 21.1.2016 directing respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the receipt thereof.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for interest on the amount of provident fund.
3. Leaned counsel for the respondent would submit that Bank is responsible for delay in making the amount of provident fund.
4. Since it is the disputed question of fact, it cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition claiming interest on the said amount in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt case stands disposed of.
