Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /01/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Asstt. Grade II and he has been transferred from District Gariyaband to District
Dhamtari. He would further submit that on account of transfer, his seniority is likely to be affected as the post of Assistant Grade-II is district level post and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before respondent No. 2 highlighting his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation before respondent No. 2 for redreesal of his grievances within two weeks from today, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) Interim order granted by this Court on 13.05.2015 shall remain in operation for a further period of six weeks. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
