This application has been filed seeking a direction for release of the amount of Rs. 7,89,150/- deposited by the Petitioners/State at the time interim orders were passed by this Court on 24.4.2007 in Civil Revision No. 154 of 2006 preferred by it against the order passed by the Chhattisgarh Madhyastam Adhikaran, Raipur in Reference Petition No. 28 of 2005 in favour of the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners/State submits that not only has the Civil Revision been dismissed even the Special Leave Petition against the same was not entertained and therefore the Petitioners/State are required to

comply by payment of the award amount of Rs. 14,77,732/- and which includes the amount of Rs. 7,89,150/- deposited by it. The amount may be directed to be returned for payment to the Respondent. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the same. 4.

Let the amount of Rs. 7,89,150/- deposited by the Petitioners/State on 24.4.2007 be returned to it in accordance with law under receipt obtained. 5.

The application is finally disposed.
