On due consideration, sufficient cause for delay occurred in filing the present M.C.C. has been shown by the petitioners. I.A.No.01/2016 is accordingly allowed and the delay in filing the present MCC is condoned. 3.

Heard on M.C.C. for restoration of W.P.(S) No.3703/2009 dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court. 4.

On due consideration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am satisfied that the petitioners succeeded in explaining the non-appearance of their

counsel on the date when the writ petition was called for hearing. 5.

Accordingly, present MCC is allowed and the W.P.(S) No. 3703/2009 is restored to its original file.
