1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 28/01/2019 passed in WPS No. 559/19.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that in paragraph 3 status of the petitioner has been inadvertently got typed as "Sub Engineer on Adhoc basis" which ought to have been "Sub Engineer Daily Wage Basis". Thus prayed for the modification of the order.
3. The said aspect is not disputed by the State counsel.
4. Accordingly the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed and in paragraph 3 of the order dated 28/01/2019 passed in WPS No.
559/2018 instead of "Ad-hoc basis" it shall be read as "Daily wage basis".
5. With the aforesaid modification the present MCC stands allowed and in Paragraph 3 of the said order dated 28/01/2019 passed in WPS No. 559/2019, it shall be read as "Daily Wage basis" instead of "Adhoc basis"
6. Let a copy of this order be made part of record of WPS No. 559/2019
