The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.21/2021 registered at Police Station- Bhatapara (Gramin), District BalodabazarBhathapara, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 5 & 10 of Chhattisgarh Prevention of Agricultural Animal Act, 2004.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw

the same.
