Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastav a Order On Board 10/05/2016 Heard.

1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to take action against respondent No.6 on his complaint. According to the petitioner, respondent No.6 embezzled public fund.

2. A perusal of the averment made in para 8.3 of the petition shows that the petitioner has an axe to grind against respondent No.6. because in the past, respondent No.6 had carried out income tax deduction of Rs.10,000/- from the petitioner's salary.

3. The petitioner has filed this petition without any individual grievance of himself in so far as allegations against respondent No.6 are concerned. Therefore, at the instance of the petitioner, no direction can be issued.

4. The petition is therefore dismissed.

5. Before parting with the case, it is to be observed that dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of respondent-authority in examining any complaint in accordance with law.
