As far as the first relief claimed by the Petitioners is concerned, that has
become infructuous since the inauguration has already been done. 2.
As far as the second relief is concerned, the petition is wholly lacking in material particulars.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case he can collect adequate materials. 4.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that though we are permitting the Petitioners to file a fresh writ petition, if in case fresh writ petition is filed, it shall be open to the State to urge that the petition has not been filed as a Public Interest Litigation petition.
