Agrawal Order On Board /0 4 /201 (1) By the impugned order dated 8.2.2017, petitioner's opportunity to lead evidence has been closed by the trial Court, against which instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that one more opportunity may be given to the petitioner as she is widow and she

could not appear before the trial Court on 8.2.2017. (3) Considering the fact that petitioner is a widow lady and there is sufficient cause for not appearing before the trial Court on 8.2.2017, the application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- payable to the respondents No. 2 & 3 (Rs.1,000/- + Rs.1,000/-) each within a period of 15 days from today; and it is directed that the trial Court would permit the petitioner to examine herself in support of her case.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
