(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that may be permitted to file fresh representation to respondent No. 2/Collector, Koriya and the same may be directed to decided by respondent No. 2 within the specific time frame in light of Circular dated 04.06.2001 issued by the State Government. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) If the petitioner prefers fresh representation to respondent No. 2/Collector within two weeks from today, the respondent No.2/Collector will take a decision on the said representation regarding attachment of petitioner in view of the circular issued by State Government on 4.6.2001 within ten weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) Interim order granted by this Court on 13.05.2015 shall remain in operation for a period of twelve weeks.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
