The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition to direct the respondents to give two advance increments to him. 2.

Case of the petitioner has already been referred by this Court vide order dated 25.3.2013 in WP (S) No.432/2013 to the Committee and now the present writ petition has been filed raising the same grievance, which is covered by the earlier decision of this Court dated 25.2.2013. 3.

In view of above, the present writ petition is unnecessary and dismissed accordingly. However, the petitioner is free to pursue the matter which has already been referred by this Court to the Committee. No order as to cost(s).
