1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 3 to provide the certified copy of the proceedings in Revenue Case No. 31A23/2014-15 in the case of "Rajesh Vs Aditya Soni".
2. Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has made, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 3 by moving an appropriate application in accordance with law for obtaining the certified copy. On filing of the said application,
the respondent No. 3 shall duly consider and decide the application on its own merits within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner, If he has already applied for the certified copy in accordance with the Rules governing the field, does not need to file a fresh application, pending application can be decided by the respondent No. 3. Let the petitioner communicate the respondent No.3 So far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
