(2) By order dated 12.01.2016 passed in WP(S) No.3973/2015, this Court has directed the State Government to decide the representation of the petitioner.

(3) The said representation has been rejected by respondent No.2-Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Raipur vide impugned order dated 27.02.2016. Against which, the writ petition bearing WP(S) No.1374/2016 has been filed by the petitioner in

which, interim relief has also been granted in favour of the petitioner.

(4) In view of that, the instant contempt petition is unnecessary and dismissed accordingly.
