1. We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Department.
2. On the basis of the submissions and also on the basis of the material, we are of the view that the issue sought to be raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 1965 of 2015 and connected matters. We agree with the statement of law contained in that judgment dated 5.8.2015 and we do not find our way to disagree with those findings. The issue stands covered against the Petitioners.
