Present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by this court in WPS No.850 of 2019. According to the petitioner, paragraph 1 of the said judgment is unrelated to the dispute in the said writ petition and it appears to have been inadvertently got typed in the judgment.

Further modification sought for by the petitioner is the date of appointment of the petitioner which again in paragraph 3 inadvertently got typed as 01.02.1988 whereas, it ought to have been 01.12.1988. On perusal of records, this court finds that paragraph 1 of said judgment got inadvertently typed in the said order due to clerical error and in paragraph 3 also the date of appointment is inadvertently typed as 01.02.1988 instead of 01.12.1988.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. First paragraph of the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in WPS No.850 of 2019 would stand omitted from the part of said judgment. Further, in paragraph 3 of the said judgment, the date of appointment of the petitioner would be read as 01.12.1988 instead of 01.02.1988. Rest of the order shall remain intact. Copy of this order be made part of the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in WPS 850 of 2019.
