2. In WPC No.182 of 2017, the petitioner has assailed the order passed by the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee cancelling her caste status certificate on 25.1.2017. In the said writ petition, an interim order has been passed in petitioner's favour directing that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned order passed by the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee.

3. Mr. Manoj Paranjpe, learned counsel for the petitioner, would

submit that despite the said order, the petitioner's service has been terminated on 27.2.2017, however, he would fairly submit that the interim order passed by this Court was served on the Director, Public Instructions with copy to Block Education OfÏcer, Dharsiwa and Principal of the concerned School on 10.3.2017. He would submit that even if on 27.2.2017, the contemner was not aware of the interim order, now, he has been made aware, therefore, the order of termination should have been withdrawn by the authority.

In view of the above submissions made by Mr. Paranjpe, this Court would not initiate any contempt proceedings at this stage expecting that the contemner shall take cognizance of the interim order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition to issue appropriate remedial order within a month, failing which, the petitioner would be at liberty to move before this Court afresh.
