Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order passed by the Commissioner, Bhilai Municipal Corporation, Bhilai directing to vacate the premises and to pay penal rent, he made representation to respondent No. 2 but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2- Municipal Corporation, Bhilai is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievances and to pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
