1. The grievance ventilated in this petition is to the effect that the petitioner has been appointed as Village Level Entrepreneurship, however, the concerned Gram Panchayt is not obtaining work from the petitioner.
2. Considering the nature of grievance raised, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that if the petitioner prefers representation before the CEO of
the concerned Gram Panchayat within a period of 15 days from today, the said CEO shall consider and decide the representation at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
